Please take some time to review the policies before you schedule your appointment with me.

What are your fees?
Fees will vary depending on the length of the sessions. This will be discussed in detail during the initial consultation appointment. Fees are usually charged via credit card at the end of each session.

Do you accept insurance?
We are not a part of any insurance panels and do not process requests for insurance reimbursement. As such, we are considered an “out of network” provider for most PPO plans. If you have a health benefits policy that provides mental health coverage, you may be entitled to insurance reimbursement for any provided professional services. You will receive an itemized invoice at the end of each visit to submit to your insurance company if you choose.

What if I have to cancel an appointment?
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 business hours before your appointment. After that, you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.

What if I need to contact you during non-office hours?
Please limit after-hours phone calls to urgent situations. If your situation is non urgent, call the office and leave a message; and I will return your call within 24-48 hours. You can also use the patient portal for non urgent questions.
